Players bringing their kids and pets to training?
Bilic is Barking to let this happen, will be in the dog house with the owners, sounds like we've finally gone to the dogs.

Daily mail says

Bilic's future is coming under increasing pressure with concerns growing about standards at the club’s training ground.

Players have been allowed to bring their children and pets to training and it has led to concerns about whether they are showing the intensity that is needed to prosper in the Premier League.

Its happened under every manager that I've seen manage West Ham. Non-story. Its not like they allow their kids to play in the sessions ffs.

Re: Players bringing their kids and pets to training?
There was an interview with Noble last year that said he'd been taking his dog to training for years. Seemed weird then, still does, but it's hardly like it's a new thing under Bilic.

If true, then Bilic is wrong to allow this. It's their place of work where there shouldn't be any distractions. It wouldn't happen in any other line of work and it shouldn't happen in professional football.
It smacks of a lackadaisical approach to management which the players will only take advantage of.

The good news is that Zaza's poodle and Tore's terrapin turn out to be better players than their owners.

Players doing this last season = good for team spirit

Players doing it this season = club is a shambles

What a joke this is if true. If any other business allowed this, hardly any work would get done.

I'm sure it's done to boost morale and bring the players families closer.

It's not a big deal and you shouldn't get so worked up about it.
